Visits count people who allow analytics. Call and WhatsApp clicks show intent; they do not confirm a conversation. Quotes and jobs appear after server integration or manual entry.
Quotes use their received date, bookings their booking date, and completed value the completion date. Value is recorded job value, not payment reconciliation. Cancelled or lost jobs are excluded from booking and completion figures. Campaign rows can share a visit; the headline removes duplicate visits.
Latest known source keeps the previous source on a direct return. Direct / unknown includes untagged app links and visits without a usable referrer. First source is the first observed source within the cookie’s 90-day lifetime.

Give every campaign its own link
Use these links on Google, Facebook, Snapchat and WhatsApp. Choose a different campaign name for each post or group.
Test that the destination opens correctly and keeps its tracking parameters after any redirect.
Connect the website
1. Add the shared tracker
Add this to public pages, with the same cookie domain on the main and quote sites. The tracker stays off until analytics is allowed.
2. Connect quote outcomes
The package includes a PHP helper for recording a submitted quote, booking or completed job. Call it after the quote system successfully saves the change. Keep the API key on the server.
Pass the consented session ID with the submitted quote. Without it, the quote is recorded as unknown. Never put contact details into campaign tags or tracker events.
3. Check one complete enquiry
Open a campaign link, allow analytics and check this dashboard. Then submit a test quote through the connected quote system, book it and complete it. Confirm one quote and one job appear with the right source.
Uploading this package alone does not change your existing pages. Follow README.md in the package for server setup, backups and integration.
